1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website-to-app conversion platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2 Description of Service

We provide a cloud-based tool that converts an existing website into a native Android application (APK/AAB). The Service includes features such as push notifications, splash screen customization, offline handling, and native link support. We do not guarantee compatibility with every website, plugin, or third-party script.

3 Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

4 Pricing & Payments

The Standard APK generation is free of cost. The Play Store Pack (signed AAB, keystore, and manual QA) is a paid, one-time service as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Fees, once paid for a delivered build, are non-refundable except where required by law.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to convert websites that:

  • Contain illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or harmful scripts
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

6 Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your website content and generated app assets. Our platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of the company. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our conversion engine.

7 Play Store Publishing

You are solely responsible for complying with Google Play's Developer Program Policies when publishing your generated app. We assist in providing a technically compliant, signed AAB file, but we are not responsible for app review rejections, policy violations, or account suspensions arising from your app's content.

8 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without prior notice, and without liability for any resulting loss.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
